It was among several new insurers approved to enter Florida's market following the state's 2022-2023 insurance-reform legislation, writing HO-3 homeowners and DP-3 dwelling fire/rental policies for owner-occupied homes statewide, including some policies assumed from Citizens Property Insurance Corporation. As a newer entrant, the company points to having no legacy claims exposure as a foundation for stability. Policies are sold through independent agents.
