A certificate of insurance (COI) shows a landlord, client or general contractor what coverage your business carries. Send us the certificate holder's name and address and any contract requirements, and an agent will issue it by email. A certificate only shows coverage: if a contract requires an additional insured or a waiver of subrogation, the insurance company has to add it to the policy first.
