What does Magnuson Insurance send the lender before closing?
Once the client chooses a quote, the agency issues the binder and the evidence of insurance with the mortgagee clause the lender names, and can send them to the lender or title company directly. The closing date you give is the deadline the agency works back from.
Will my client get marketing texts or emails because I referred them?
No. A referral records no texting consent and starts no marketing emails. The client gets the confirmation, the quotes and the agent's own calls or emails about this request.
Can I send referrals from my own software or CRM?
