About American Integrity
American Integrity Insurance Group is a Florida-domestic homeowners insurer headquartered in Tampa, founded in 2006 by CEO Bob Ritchie in response to the wave of carrier exits and non-renewals following the 2004 and 2005 hurricane seasons. The company has grown into one of the larger providers of residential property insurance in Florida, offering homeowners, condo, and renters coverage sold through independent agents statewide. In May 2025, American Integrity Insurance Group, Inc. completed an initial public offering and began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker AII.
